Course Syllabus
Course Requirement
To earn S.C.O.R.E. funding all participants are required to complete the following steps:
1. Complete the three S.C.O.R.E. workshops ( show the completion certificate)
- Scholarly Communication and Measuring Your Research Impact (self-paced workshop)
- Open Scholarship and Increasing Access to Your Scholarship (self-paced workshop)
- Open Educational Resources(self-paced workshop)
2. You are required to use zero-cost course materials for your Spring 2022 class. Only courses converting to zero-cost or zero-cost courses taught for the first time in Spring 2022 are eligible. You can use an e-textbook or e-book, or other e-resources available from the University Library.
3. You are required to enable Canvas Reading List on your course page.
To earn a stipend, please submit the following three items before January 22, 2022
- You are required to use only zero-cost course materials for your Spring 2022 class. Please provide us with the existing syllabus for the same class ( if you taught this class before) and your new syllabus for the Spring 2022 semester with no textbook requirement. We would like to be sure that you are converting your course to a zero-cost course.
- Please enable the Canvas Reading List in your Canvas Course page to provide seamless access to electronic course materials from the Canvas Learning Management System.
- Please provide a list of the OER(s) you’ll use to replace your course textbook or course materials for your Spring 2022 class.
